Osteoporosis is a condition where bones lose strength, making them more likely to break. It affects over 3 million people in the UK. Half of women and 20% of men over 50 will break a bone because of osteoporosis.

The Royal Osteoporosis Society is the UK’s largest national charity dedicated to improving bone health and beating osteoporosis.
