Our partnership with the NHS

Because of the unique scale of our work, we’re working in close partnership with UK healthcare authorities and the NHS. They are providing significant support to our plans to invite people across the UK to join the programme.

NHS Blood and Transplant

We’ve partnered with NHS Blood and Transplant to give blood donors the opportunity to join Our Future Health. In 2021, volunteers from NHS blood donor centres across the UK, became some of our first participants to join the programme.

NHS DigiTrials

We are also working with NHS DigiTrials, which is a service run by NHS England. NHS DigiTrials offers data services to research studies, to help reduce the time, effort and cost of developing new drugs, treatments and services.

NHS Digitrials allows NHS patients to receive invitations to join research programmes such as Our Future Health, unless they have opted out.

How to opt-out of receiving an invitation from NHS DigiTrials

We are sending invitation letters to people across the UK, with the support of NHS DigiTrials. If you don’t want to receive a letter from NHS England inviting you to join Our Future Health, you can opt out by contacting the NHS England Contact Centre on 0300 303 5678 or visiting the NHS Digital website.
