Our Future Health wins prestigious Impact 100 Award

The Impact 100 Awards, organised by Hyer, recognise organisations driving positive change through their work while championing a people-first workplace culture. From over 5,000 companies assessed and 20,000 employees surveyed globally, Our Future Health has been acknowledged as one of the top 100 organisations in the UK truly committed to making an impact, both for the wider world and our workforce. 

Leading the way in health research

Our Future Health is the UK’s largest health research programme. It aims to transform the prevention, detection and treatment of conditions such as dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. With up to 5 million volunteers right across the UK, the goal is to create one of the most detailed pictures ever of people’s health. 

Building a health research resource at such a large-scale hinges on the commitment and expertise of colleagues across our organisation. With a range of experts spanning data and technology to science and operations, Our Future Health is discovering and tackling new challenges at an accelerated pace.  

Over 1 million volunteers have signed up to take part in Our Future Health in just over a year since the programme went live to the public. We have also made rapid progress in making health data available to researchers. This achievement would be impossible without the infrastructure put in place by colleagues at Our Future Health.
