Executive Director of Ethics, Governance and Compliance appointed at Our Future Health

Fiona Maleady-Crowe joins Our Future Health as Executive Director of Ethics, Governance and Compliance.

Fiona will take the lead in developing our ethics strategy and supporting our Ethics Advisory Committee. She will also be responsible for our public and participant involvement and engagement work (PPIE) and accountable for our policies and accompanying governance frameworks.

Before joining Our Future Health Fiona spent more than 3 years as Head of Ethics for Genomics England. During that time she had success in launching the world’s first NHS Genomic Medicine Service and designing the consent model. Previous roles include several years at the Human Tissue Authority, St George’s, University of London. Fiona has a background in neuroscience, with a double masters from Trinity College, Dublin.
